Background & Experience
As Senior Vice President, Real Estate Services, Joe Stanek works to grow McGuire Development Company’s (MDC) customer base by generating leads, developing business, counseling clients on market conditions, and coordinating and facilitating property tours. Joe also manages operational control of budgets, analytics, team expectations, and growth strategy for the company’s brokerage division and assists the company’s development, asset management, owner representation, and tenant representation teams.
Before joining MDC, Joe served as Business Development Manager and Managing Broker for Colby Development, LLC, and was responsible for developing, implementing, and managing companywide sales strategies in real estate development and brokerage services. Joe also worked at a top regional real estate agency where he gained significant experience in bank-owned real estate, representing clients including the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), The Veterans Administration, Fannie Mae, US Marshalls Service, Wells Fargo, and Deutsche Bank.
He also served as a board member of the Quaker Meadow Condominium Complex, where he evaluated costs and assessments and executed plans for capital improvements.
